The World Bowls Championships were held across the Gold Coast from August 29- September 10th 2023. The Championships were hosted across five venues: Broadbeach, Musgrave Hill, Paradise Point, Mudgeeraba and Helensvale.

Daniel and Jarrad were unbeaten during sectional play and therefore topped their group and went on to play Malaysia in the quarter final at Broadbeach. The match went to an extra end where the Welsh Pairs lost 14-15.

The fours finished second in their group. They went on to play England in the quarter final. On the last end they were 13-12 up, but dropped a 2 on the final end to lose 13-14.
