The Academy Team Manager is to oversee the development of young bowlers within Welsh Lawn Bowls Academy. Focusing on talent identification, coaching, competition management and ensuring adherence to training programs designed to nurture future elite players, often aligning with the philosophy of the international Team Managers and National Governing Body.
