W.L.B. are delighted to hear that David James has been recognised in the New Years Honours.  David is a former Welsh President and long time county secretary at Ceredigion.  David was honoured for his services as a volunteer and to bowls, he has been awarded a B.E.M. the British Empire Medal.  Many congratulations David from everyone at Welsh Bowls.
